Ben Jen Online is open 7-days a week and open for the majority of the day. We have Support Services 24/7 (exceptions apply). Otherwise, our hours operation are from 10am EST until 2am EST. Our goal is to answer your questions within 30-minutes of receiving them. Our Support Desk and Billing Department are fully staffed and are operated between the hours of 10am and 2am.
